PariPulse Official License
PariPulse operates under a license from Curacao. It covers both the official website and the mobile app. The license confirms the right of PariPulse to accept sports betting and organize online gambling in India.
Excluded Countries
The validity of the Curaçao license extends to all countries that have recognized this jurisdiction. But there is a list of excluded countries. It includes the territories of Curaçao, the Netherlands, France, Australia and the Dutch West Indies. Organization of gambling in these countries under the license of Curacao is prohibited.
If this rule is violated, the company may lose its license or be fined. If you notice that a company operates in one of the excluded countries under a Curaçao license, report it to the Gaming Commission. But beforehand, make sure that such a site does not have another, related license.
Relinquishment of Brand Ownership Rights
The Curaçao Gaming Commission does not manage the companies that receive a license. We do not participate in decision-making and have no direct interest in the operation of such sites. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for their activities and possible violations.
